BTech Papers provides digital educational content such as PDFs, notes, and question papers. As these are instant digital downloads, we follow the guidelines below for cancellations and refunds:
1. Digital Product Nature
All products on BTech Papers are non-tangible, instantly delivered digital goods. Once a user purchases and downloads/accesses the PDF or study material, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. No Cancellation After Successful Payment
Cancellations are not allowed after a purchase is completed since digital content is made available immediately.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following conditions:
- If the user is charged but does not receive the purchased PDF/study material.
- If the purchased file fails to open or is corrupted and the issue cannot be resolved.
- If there is a duplicate payment due to a technical error.
In the above cases, users must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- The user downloaded the file but no longer needs it.
- The purchase was made by mistake.
- The content does not match user expectation (preview and description are provided).
- The user provided incorrect details during payment.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
